The correct operation of vacuum laminating machine is mainly divided into twelve parts：
Article 1. Safety cover and other protective articles shall not be disassembled at will。
Article 2. When processing multiple pieces together, place the appropriate distance according to the thickness of the processed plate (generally 3-4 times the thickness of the plate).。
Third. Before starting the heating cover, check whether the press frame is locked, whether there are objects and personnel hands on and around the guide rail。
Article 4. Check whether the press device and the rotating parts are in good condition before going to work。
Article 5. Check and adjust temperature and schedule setting values according to film thickness。
Article 6. Clean the dust and scum inside the workbench。
Seventh. During the working process of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the machine, let alone put your hand on the guide rail and equipment, to prevent the machine from automatically returning the heating cover to hurt people。
Article 8. Placing products and other objects on the heating cover is strictly prohibited。
Article 9. When the machine is found to work abnormally, the power supply should be turned off immediately and the competent leader should be notified。
Article 10. Prepare the necessary materials such as the required product backing plate (6-8 mm smaller than the workpiece)。
Article 11. Turn off the power when the work is finished。
Article 12. During work, the operator shall not leave the machine tool。
